1. Sketch

Send us a picture or a simple hand-drawn sketch with the dimensions of the desired tool via email to info@perlenpresse.de. If it’s just small changes to an existing tool, such as resizing a heart shape on a press, simply let us know the new dimensions via email as well.

2. Review

We check the technical feasibility of the new tool or the proposed changes. If possible, we will inform you of the price for the tool and the production time required. The price for the customised tool is usually around 30% higher than for a comparable standard tool. This surcharge covers the additional work of the programmers. After your approval, we will send you an offer with our bank details by e-mail and, if you wish, we will provide you with a payment link for PayPal.

3. Confirmation & Payment

If the price is acceptable to you, we will manufacture the new tool. For more complex shapes, you will receive an image in .jpg format with a milling simulation from the drawing program for review. With this image, you can check whether the desired tool meets your expectations. The finished tool will then be sent to you.
